Sweating can be very uncomfortable and embarrassing to anyone. Excessive sweating is one problem that could really get you down. You might find yourself hesitating to shake someones hand or to give your date a hug. Summers and warm tropical climates make everything worse! You must not fret, though. Excessive sweating may be a medical condition (called Hyperhidrosis), but there are sweating remedies that can help you. There are two types of excessive sweating and different kinds of sweating cure. The first one, Primary Hyperhidrosis, is generally hereditary, while Secondary Hyperhidrosis may be brought about by other disorders in the body such as problems in thyroid, diabetes and menopause. So, for those whose sweating is localized or concentrated in one part of the body, aluminum chloride in antiperspirants can help. Surgery is also an option. This works by clamping nerve ganglia to prevent the release of sweat. If Hyperhidrosis is caused by other medical conditions, then the underlying cause must also be treated. You may also start wearing loose shirts to be able to get more air for your body. Try taking a bath more often and use anti bacterial soap when taking a bath. Use anti
